It has been said that human relationships are very important for one's health. It has also been found that women's chatting to each other increases levels of progesterone which boosts well-being and alleviates anxiety and stress. Progesterone is so positive to a woman's overall being that it even revealed to affect a woman's answer when being asked if they would "risk their life for their friend". Some even attribute this phenomenon to an evolutionary cause- hormones triggering altruism.
